Dermatology division - please help

There’s an open Derm position in my area. Is this a good division to be in? Is it stable and does it have longevity? Are people happy here?

Well another idiot answered a legit question. The person probably was one of the laid off team mbrs and was ckg to see if there were a**holes in that division. Based on the reply...I would guess yes
