Had a recruiter reach out to me about an opening for a Derm Rep position in NYC. Any insight into the manager or the team?

Is there any growth left in Taltz? How close is Baricitinib for AA? Lebri April 2023?
 






Keep looking! Lilly derm isn’t a real specialty position. You’re competing against companies that are better run and understand the business. Your competition also makes about $20k more. Lilly is working with a primary care model in specialty from 15yrs ago. And the micromanaging is unbelievable! They will offer you a sign on bonus that you have to pay back if you leave before 2 years because you will want to leave! Oh and no car until you complete 6wks of training…. Again because it sucks so bad you’ll want to leave.
