This is all from the top down. The place started falling apart under Logan. Correction, under RB. The meeting was a waste of time. Glad I am not a RA rep. They are getting f__k_d this week.
 












Heck Lady is on a mission to rid us of talent and replace us with JJ car salesmen who will drink the kool aid and tell leadership they are great. Her expertise lies in analyzing call reporting and FCRs. Would be better suited as VP of ACE hardware.

And the RBDs have their own little kingdoms where they actually believe that all that a** kissing from their subordinates is sincere. Little do they know how much fun is made of them.

There isn't any talent with the older reps which is why the so called Heck Lady is doing this. She knows that all their sales success was built on manipulate numbers which is why you had some reps going to P Circle so many years when it was not really them responsible for their numbers. She and the RBD's are building a new company where talent rises to the top and is recognized for what it truly does: drive sales and make this company the best in the business!

And I forgot to add: we tell our RBD's and ABM's they are great because they are! Mine are the best in the business and why shouldn't I or anyone not take the chance to tell them whenever we can. You should be grateful to work of such people and if you were you would still have a job here next year.

The RBDs in this company are pretty much classless criminals. They would be indicted if they worked anyplace else. What she did sums up the integrity quotient of the so-called leadership of our company. The men go to strip clubs with their lackey abms and top reps and laugh it off while pretending to be family men. If you can hide company expenses at a strip club and teach your reps to sell on the spread then what else are you capable of?

Managers should be held accountable for unprofessional behavior. They certainly don't hesitate to hold the reps accountable for inaccurate numbers. What happened to managers with integrity?

The RA reps just had a taste of what is to come. The new "bone-us" structure is part of the base pay plus points. If you gals need bonus for your rent, utilities it might be a good time to look for another job. Rollout of the plan is at NSM 2014 with effective date 7-14. Bases will remain the same. Target bonus for points will be 6000 per quarter. There is no overage pay for top performers.

Logan foresaw this, and tried to save the company by putting a couple of great RBDs in place. These guys are trying to be visionaries, but nobody will let them.

Anyone with talent in management has left the building years ago. The current leadership can't keep pace with what they were given. Sales and moral is low and trending downward. Forecasting is built upon lies and deception and field sales are struggling to W2 what Pharma reps make. It looks as if they are trying to purge the over 55 crew before they make the multiplier and retire. The 45-54 will never see one penny of retirement and if you are younger than 45 this industry will not get you home or even 10 years out. The translation is you better be looking for a new career as JnJ will be the first casualty. Managers will get great severance and packages while those that produce in the field will starve with 2 weeks sev and no prospects for employment. The Credo was never really here and what little was here was long departed.
 






Nobody has it easier than G.I. That group has done nothing but take credit for everybody else's efforts for the last five years. Now for some reason they are being favored? I have heard of socialize government but never socialized industry in the USA. What a fucking joke.

They are able to get away with HCC violations that would get a rep in any other franchise fired.
