Derm good place to be?

All these lay-off threads make me a bit skeptical but there are lay-off threads on every company's boards.

What's the environment like with Lilly Derm? I know there is a new product, but seems AD space is crowded? Lilly seems like a great place but just wanted to get some cafe Pharma opinions on Derm...which I know is a scary thing to ask on this website!

I would say you as long as you are not in the diabetes business unit you will be fine. I know a few reps in derm and they seem a whole lot happier than than most.
