Second with your dumb hr statement! After 8 managers and about 50 reps leaving, have you realized not one thing has been made better at your dumb company? I guess not and that is why you are still there! The joke is on you!!!!!!
 
















...the attitude of some managers here is just deplorable. Reps no longer trust their managers to do right by them at home office. And upper management? Forget about them... they have made it crystal clear they don't care if talented, experienced, successful reps quit. BG pretty much expects it after the big 3/21 payouts. The ones who quit are "weak"? Hardly. The ones who quit are smart. What comes after Finacea looses its patent? Foam? Pump? Big deal... The formulary coverage for those will be terrible. Why would they cover the pump or foam when generic Finacea is available? And so then its announced were going to buy a physician dispensed product? Really? That's the big plan? I'm in shock (still!) at how fast this company has plummeted.
