HI... I quit... he is a tyrant... he is a Wyeth reject... any thoughts? I would like to get on another contract in the future... he probably will be a deciding factor... any thoughts???? I am an ex employee from one of his "other" short lived projects and he did not like me...I was going to apply for flex time and heard he is RD... any suggestions...?

when people leave it's usually due to management.
 






He is a control hound and should not be managing people. I was exposed to his management style and he chased away some very good reps and managers. He is a nightmare to deal with and thinks he has all the answers to promotion of products. He does not play team ball. He gets mad and takes his home.
