Ok...peeps. We all remember last year... Save the date for Vegas... But what happened right before it??? LAYOFFS!!!

So, those attending Denver next week will be the remaining sales force...

Denver will be low hanging fruit of the layoffs. They are the "orphan" reps. They currently do not have a drug to sell and most are being trained in two new disease states that have specialty docs they have not previously called on= no relationships= not needed. The cost of sending a couple hundred reps to denver for a 52 billion company until the plans are fully developed, is the same as you or I buying a pack of paper clips and then realizing we dont need them.

HEY JACK.
Its also a fact that it rained in some parts of the country yesterday. That doesn't mean it will rain again today in those same areas.

Just because it is true about last time, doesn't mean it a predictor for next time.

Only about 150 reps or so going to Denver. Nothing to do with who remains
These are the reps that were 100% Tekturna

None of this will matter. They will come back trained, everyone will be trained. Then there is no down time between layoffs and sales. Think about it.
 












We're being trained so that everyone is on the same playing field. This way if you are laid off with no products you can't sue Novartis. Denver people will go, other reps will go. It makes no difference.
