Maybe potential bidders are waiting to see what JJ has planned for the convertible notes due in 2016. He did say he would address this at the CC at the end of Feb or beginning of March. What he says could increase or decrease the value of the company for a bid in a significant way.

No dilution in June would probably be telling about the "progress" of their "thinking". Any other news on the 28M due in June would probably have to be disclosed in June. June should yield a lot of answers about the "progress" of their "thinking." Look what Mitch Gold's "thinking" did for DNDN.
