Dendreon and Rosen joined at the hip

Dendreon, however hard you try you can not distance yourselves from Rosen.

MG wanted Rosen. It did not matter about the sexual harassment suit or Rosen's history and reputation.

HR could have made these things matter and the board who is supposed to "oversee" what MG does could have made these things matter. MG borught him on knowing the disaster that was going to occur on August 3 and this was his desperation move. You all let MG's desperate move occur.

Dendreon is complicit in all of Rosen's activities. He was your employee and you all let him on board. MG of course is most complicit. He was CEO and Rosen was his hand-picked choice. No one had the balls to stop it. You had a fiduciary responsibility to employees and shareholders to stop it and you did not.

"Finding out" now about his misrepresentations which you probably really knew for a long time is a sham. You may have had this in your "back pocket" to use at the appropriate time. You are distancing yourself from Rosen only now because you probably now all know the S... is going to hit the fan. Good luck Dendreon. Bye Bye.

I know. I wasn't saying that. Ex CEO Board EC are ultimately responsible for who is brought on. I heard many warned ex-CEO about RR. It was just another warning he didnt listen to just like earnings projections. Ex-CEO is ultimately responsible for all of this. Ex-CEO is the big fish. Now that RR is no longer employed there look for this house of cards to fall really fast now. RR is in trouble. He is also no longer employed there. I think he's going to make a deal to minimize his own damages and get the people ultimately responsible for atrocities. Ex-CEO and EC and board.

Check that. I meant revenue projections, not earnings projections. Both internal and external sources in the September, October 2010 time period told him 350-400 was not remotely achievable. He also had a very public warning about projections in February 2011 and did nothing about reducing already existing projection. This is an OJ Simpson type of person. No conscience. OJ's disease was jealousy. This man's disease was greed. One is already in his appropriate destination. Other soon to follow imo.

Listen, Rob Rosen is a cancer. He is a terrible person who demoralized the entire Sales Force. His inappropriate behavior was an embarrassement to this and every company he has been associated with. Everyone in the pharmaceutical industry plus the physicians know that he is bad news. His hiring sent a clear message how very desperate DNDN was.

They were so desperate because of ex-CEO's lies. Ex-CEO's greed and criminal lies forced him to make this desperate move to try to have as much revenues as possible, legal or not. Now that RR is no longer an employee he can be easily talked to and hopefully get a deal to get the big fish Ex-CEO

You are meek here as you stated in the Dear Mitch post. All of this behavior was much more grave than "inappropriate" and I truly hope you have spoken to the right people. If not, you have a duty to:

"Inappropriate" is the correct term when reporting to the government agencies. You may consider harsher terminology but that usually does not fly well with regulators (i.e., becomes subjective/emothional rather than the objective as described in company code of ethics).

Makes sense. Thank you for that clarification. I guess that means you spoke to right folks. Good for you.

It's amazing how these people continue to latch on. They kept Rosen on board as long as they could. I would bet they had that misrepresentation stuff in their back pocket for a while. The firing is probably a sign that they know law is clamping down on them.

Of Course Mitch remains in a really strange scenario. And now Osborn has an arrangement where he will possibly still be considered an employee. Probably all to complicate investigations but the law and justice will ultimately win out. There is no hiding from the truth and no hiding from atrocities that so many people are aware of.

I'm the Dear Mitch OP and you've mistakenly attributed someone else's post as mine. Not a big deal but I don't want people to think that it's just one individual with a grudge posting all these comments against Rosen.

Sorry. Hard to tell sometimes who is posting. My apologies. Hope you have spoken to authorities.

There was a thread of over 100 posts about Rosen that was removed. I know there are many here that were victims of his and Peg's atrocities.
