Demote males in mgmt & promote females immediately to get to a 50/50 split

























That's the only way to prove Novartis does not discriminate, after all , look at all the problems & lawsuits created under this predominately male system

Your idea is good, but it doesn't work that way. Novartis has identified this as a problem many years ago. The problem is that when the window opens for Management Development Training, it is mostly men who apply. In fact, there are many women in the program who drop out as they learn the demands of the job and see the impact it will have on their families, as many of them have young children. I wish it was as easy as your solution... it isn't.
