That's what some people claim. Jury's aren't stupid if you discount the OJ jury. Bottom line, I don't know if Gold knows the witness list, but he committed serious crimes and in Washington state it will be proven to a jury of his peers. This wont be a Barry Scheck knowing he is deceiving stupid uneducated morons about DNA. This is a simple case with many credible witnesses. Mitch will be 57-60 when he gets out.
Make no mistake. Mitch's crimes are going to trial. He is completely narcisisstic but thankfully, this isn't Washington DC. This is Washington state and the educated white jury of his peers will understand the very simple case. His expensive italian suits don't remind us of italian mobsters. Not a chance this goes to trial. Another post said there are 6 people with deals on the table. Some may be able to negotiate a bit and possibly reduce prison time or get no prison if they do it before Mitch and the other guy on the top tier. Maybe Mitch does the right thing, signs his deal, pays his price to society by going to prison for a few years and returns the money he has that is not legally his money. He stole it and he needs to give it back.

Now you disgusting short stock traders are down to completely making up Provenge side effects. Are you that animalistic and desperate to hurt cancer patients? The truth is that the side effects to provenge are minor and few and far between. You shorts will stop at nothing to turn a profit on other people's suffering.
Do a google search on Provenge and dementia and see what you find. Oh, and no, I'm not a short trader. I'm not invested at all in DNDN anymore (thank God). I was an employee, but not in sales and marketing. I left 3 months before the 08/11 debacle. I left because DNDN was one of the most toxic environments I ever worked in and thank God I had the foresight to leave. I periodically review this board just to reconfirm that DNDN is in the crapper and I made the right decision
While I think it is innappropriate to connect dimentia to provenge, please understand that Steve calls ANYONE who has a negative thing to say about DNDN a short trader. He is seemingly one of those care to live investor fanatics who watch the trading patterns of dendreon very closely. That is what is animalistic and a conflict of interest. What is also animalistic is a company that is supposedly trying to help cancer patients to hide and protect criminals on its BOD. It is animalistic for the BOD of a company supposedly trying to help cancer patients to put their own interests before shareholder interests. It is animalistic of a company director who used to claim he was in this for cancer patients to hold a company hostage that is supposedly helping cancer patients by delaying signing the paperwork to give his stolen money back and begin paying his debt to society.

Steve isn't even near intelligent enough to see the subtle nuance of all the players affecting the share price of DNDN stock. One only needs to see his endless repetition of the four same lame insults-like someone with auspergers syndrome trapped in a pattern which results from OCD from which they can never escape-to see this. He chants '8th grade' 'Short' 'psychiatrist friend' threats of prison like some simple minded zealot would repeat the 'Hail Mary' as a defense against evil. in addition, his borderline personality disorder (of which one of the symptoms is no sense of self) causes him to identify and personify Mitch and the BOD. Lastly, as a symptom of Borderline Personality Disorder (and probably being either an only child or the youngest child) he has a tremendous ego bordering on sociopathy (either way little sense of empathy) which explains his threats, lies, delusions of persecution (he's not important enough to be persecuted. He's just another middle aged loser who needs viagra to get it up).

Good point. I'm not a shrink but my mom is. Defensive, rigid (big) ego is defensive mech for low self esteem. Paramount to Steve's problem IMHO is that he has a Borderline Personality Disorder-nearly impossible to treat. Manifests as lack of sense of self (multiple IDs that talk to or deny each other)Grandiose persecution paranoia (cp alone is responsible for dndn's downfall) one day idealizes a person then blames them for all that's wrong ( his reaction to Mitch, JJ and DNDN employees) magical thinking (DNDN will thrive by ignoring all the obvious problems). Hilarious! If you really want to laugh, go to IV and look at his posts. He knows Gold is a criminal, yet he will not address the fact that he is defending a company that is protecting a criminal on it's BOD. I guess he doesn't see this as a problem. He doesn't see that the board worried about their own freedom means they don't care about shareholders. He can't put himself in other people's shoes. If I am MG or DB or anyone else on that board, I am worried more about my own future than that of shareholders and cancer patients. It's human nature.
