Delayed Bonus Payout???

Are other projects experiencing a delay in bonus payouts? Our payout was delayed by a month for Q2 and now it delayed for Q3.
Is this because the project sponsor has cash-flow issues or Quintiles?

It's the project sponsor. One thing q does right is pay/bonuses, they delay due the processing of it after it comes over from sponsor, and the only cut checks at certain times. If it's delayed over a month, that's not Q.

Couldn't disagree with you more. I've seen bonuses delayed for several months and know for a fact it had everything to do with Quintiles.
 
























April 15 payout for q 4.
Quotas for Q1 come out 3 weeks before end of Q1.
Pay is crap compared to permanent Pharma (even t hough nothing is really permanent)
Benefits are crap compare to permanent Pharma.
Lack of stress with this job, other than income, priceless.

Not to worry. If you separate from the company prior to the bonuses you earned being paid, I'm sure they'll still send you the check.
