I haven't seen any increase of incompetence with DEI. Some seemingly DEI hires have been amazing, and some a bust- not unlike any time you hire peopleGet with the program and stop hiring incompetent people!
Of course not since the company is already filled to the brim with incompetence. It'll be when they hire actual talent that it becomes apparent how bad things are. I don't expect ES will ever hire real talent and risk confirming what we all know.I haven't seen any increase of incompetence with DEI.
