DEI is officially dead!



















I haven't seen any increase of incompetence with DEI.
Of course not since the company is already filled to the brim with incompetence. It'll be when they hire actual talent that it becomes apparent how bad things are. I don't expect ES will ever hire real talent and risk confirming what we all know.
 






Target just eliminated DEI. It’ll be interesting to see how many Fortune 500 companies do away with hiring based off of IDENTITY politics verses TALENT. Hopefully Kevin does what is right.
 






We need to ensure that our team is composed of competent individuals who are selected based on merit, NOT race (that’s racist). It's crucial for the success of our organization that we have qualified people in the right positions.
