Yeah I tend to align more to the above philosophy. Self accountability is a lost art now and is being over taken by entitlement. This person posting all the DEI dissertation BS looks to be doing what most right wing libs do. Create division and try to bully people over to their side. Libs thrive on division it’s how they do what they do. Bottom line earn your credentials and have self accountability. Most people in leadership positions all got rejected 2,3,4 times along the way and they stayed the course and bettered themselves rather than crying and trying to play the entitlement card. It may not be on the 1st attempt but those who are legit with their credentials will land where they want to land in their careers sooner than later. Perseverance is another lost term that used to mean something.Not hating just stating. Look in the mirror and be the best that you can be before you start pointing fingers at other people.
