Quite true at Intercept. Look at all the not so qualified white women who got promoted to big jobs. Black women have to work twice as hard, white men just about and white women now about half as hard!

This comment is anti-White at its core. You suggest that White women don't work hard, and you assume that all White women come from money and stability. This White woman is sick of being subtly assaulted and marginalized specifically by Black women - especially when they have my support. HR supports and condones this behavior. Hate and marginalization of ANY kind is unacceptable and must stop!

Karen, why are you assuming this post was from a a black woman? Last I checked, ICPT also hires from other marginalized populations, such people of asian and Hispanic descent, both women and men. They too aren’t being appreciated, so don’t limit this to being a black woman’s reaction. Your erroneous assumption of the poster’s identity is telling. You aren’t truly an ally of minorities and you deserve whatever “mistreatment” you allege, but glad your shallow participation in DEI events gives misleads you to think otherwise.

OMG! What is wrong with you people?. Just treat everyone a fair and balanced wage, review it annually to make sure that women and men are paid equally for same position, raises are given on a fair basis, and that any form of discrimination is eliminated. Shouldn't that be the stance rather than dividing out anyone?
