All these work product teams are just waste of time. Let's have a bunch of clueless people figure out how to work with the sticky notes. What amazes me is that they had to train these morons to facilitate these worthless meetings. They certainly help increase the bottom line for 3M for burning up their sticky notes sales. Not so much for this joke of biotech!
What a company.OMG yes, this was hilarious when we had the Tier 1 and Tier 2 brainstorming sessions with Oncology Regionals coming into town to write notes throw on whiteboard discuss and then take a picture of them as a summary. Who in their right mind thought this was good idea? NEXT it didn't matter anyway they called us a Pioneer ecosystem.

This shipwreck spends 30% of its time planing its next meeting. They burn another 60% at the meetings rearranging colorful sticky notes. You may think that they would at least spend 10% of the time selling. Oh no, they will kill the 10% by asking you to do a survey for the last meeting. And you wonder why it is sinking.
The management wants us to believe that change is difficult and that is what we are experiencing. Change is hard and okay when you are doing something to improve the company. This is not an exercise of change to improve. This is a literal destruction of a company. That's why all smart and capable people have left and continue to leave. If the destruction is intentional, they succeeded. If not, the entire management should be terminated.
