Wait - did I miss something? Who's moving to CA? All I hear about are the disastrous cities and mass exodus OUT of the state. And by the way, to those who are leaving, don't bring your failed policies to the rest of the nation. Please stay and enjoy your coveted jobs.
 












There must be something in the water in SSF. The mindset of these people is so backwards. For a supposed company with such smart people, how insane is it that so many want to elect sleepy Joe. He can't say 3 lines without messing them up. Pretty scary if that happens.

LOL, so true. The LAZIEST people I have met were from Genentech. Lazy thinkers makes lazy workers. I’m sure encouraged by leadership from the top.

What amazes me is that they had to train these morons to facilitate these worthless meetings. They certainly help increase the bottom line for 3M for burning up their sticky notes sales. OMG yes, this was hilarious when we had the Tier 1 and Tier 2 brainstorming sessions with Oncology Regionals coming into town to write notes throw on whiteboard discuss and then take a picture of them as a summary. Who in their right mind thought this was good idea? NEXT it didn't matter anyway they called us a Pioneer ecosystem.

This shipwreck spends 30% of its time planing its next meeting. They burn another 60% at the meetings rearranging colorful sticky notes. You may think that they would at least spend 10% of the time selling. Oh no, they will kill the 10% by asking you to do a survey for the last meeting. And you wonder why it is sinking.

Exactly! Genentech or Roche is one of the most wasteful companies out there. Also, the weirdest work experience I ever went through with their cult like departments. The work is SO Easy to do...point and click, copy and paste, point and click....not much to it compared to Real Work in the Real World. True Science is not being folllowed here. If you don’t know biological sex from fantasy land like a 2 sex gender as man and woman. Then this company needs to cease and desist, if they can’t base things on common sense.
 






The management wants us to believe that change is difficult and that is what we are experiencing. Change is hard and okay when you are doing something to improve the company. This is not an exercise of change to improve. This is a literal destruction of a company. That's why all smart and capable people have left and continue to leave. If the destruction is intentional, they succeeded. If not, the entire management should be terminated.
