I'm from the Northeast-I am also on my 2nd plan. Does anyone know if we will be the first let go, is it to much to ask if we will get a severance package or just a kick out the door.

People on plans will not matter in the criteria. You will be the first to go if you have anything less than a Valued on your 2008 or 2009 annual review.
