At least you get something and she is not up your krawl like a Tanya or Kelly. The culture here is toxic, overly micromanaged, and distrusting.

The surprise 90% bonus pissed us off more than anything for Q4 without any prior knowledge. But then when I found out I might get a $10 gift card calmed me down

Tic, Tok, Tic, Tok...That’s the sound of our careers being ruined by this company. Deena is big pharma and can’t get out of her own way sometimes. This is just a testament of her being out of touch with us..sadly she will continue to lose people and won’t look in the mirror
