Is it 1, both, or neither that is driving people away from our team? It seems like they don’t understand psych vs diabetes and thinks scripts are just going to fly off the shelf like insulin. They need to be patient with this launch but than again when has upper leadership ever been patient

why do you think there was a mass exodus in the west including managers around the same time Deena came in ??? The rest of us are trying to get out and more will follow

I don’t really care who it is but they need to back the shit off because Covid is raging out here, offices are closing down again, and launches take time and patience. R-E-L-A-X!
