Just heard Joe and Devayani snuck a deceleration component into our Q3 IC plan. So much for ever blowing a goal out again. I guess we can all get to +8 or +9 and shut it down for the quarter.

Great idea to demotivate your top performers with your decelerator. Message heard and received.
 












Devayani has always been working on lowering IC
yes she has. She is a jealous and insecure person who resents sales. She just can’t handle that a top rep has more impact to the bottom line than she does and in fact pays her bloated salary.

All she does is outsource everything to her friends at ZS. Not sure why we pay her anything to be honest.

ha. You clearly aren’t is sales. You can care about patients and not want to be ripped off by the organization. Just means the company is going to 80% of what most petard capable of going forward.

make no mistake I’m going to bail and I’m going to make sure I take as much business with me when I go as I can. I’m hoping this whole house of cards comes crashing down and I’m somewhere else with a good view to watch from the sidelines. You clip the revenue producers for the company and continue to promote and create know nothing VPs and this is what happens. I’m betting atleast 50% of the Top 25% of the ARD reps are gone by the end of Q1 2019. I’m not the only, people are f ing pissed at this.

i don’t know about anyone else but I don’t intend to suck up the lower bonus. I’m going to make as much as I can and torpedo my territory and MNK as much as I can on the way out the door. Fuk HO, NM and the rest of this worthless leadership. I’ll damn guarantee you they aren’t taking less.

i call complete BS in that front. That’s like liberals who say they have no problem paying more in taxes and then cheat on their taxes when the file them. Why don’t you call HR today and request a 10% decrease in your salary you fool. I’m guessing this was another feeble post from Joe.
