DEC 3rd PC Reorganization

I know a rep in the hospital division who was on a TC today and heard that the PC Re-org was going to be on December 3rd. My manager told me that we should get another message this week from J.N. Anyone heard any specifics?
 




There will be cuts and reassignments just as there are for any reorganizations! Singulair gone will kill lots of jobs, bad reductions at a bad time! Thirty to forty % right off the bottom line of primary care, can't make that up with Januvia alone!
 












In a cluster bag that had $10M./year in sales you now have Singulair gone and with it goes $4M/year in sales...as fast as J&J is growing it can't make up for that deficit and you have a worthless respiratory salesforce, most of which have never launched shit successfully! And that includes Dulera which falls in that shit category! So now we have a product mix that is overwhelming J&J and Lipids and we must have something for the respiratory force to do, given that most of them are someone's pets, lets give them the diabetes drugs which none of them launched and most of them know little about! NCM is a code for non compus mentus which is where management is right now!

And those lipid meds are flat at best. Take away the price hikes and they're falling. And the clock is ticking on them both...

We do have a lot of people posting misinformation and claiming they are the real ones. We also have people simply having fun making stuff up here.

Reorganization, realignment and whatever used to be simply shifting products around. Now it is a bloodbath and simply brutal. That said, I hope most of you are scaling back and saving as no job is sacred anymore.
