The fact that SW is remains as regional and is now one of two instead of three directors after countless HR investigations into her behavior and her management shows how clueless Viatris is about their Eye care division management. This layoff could have been so good for the company, clean house, new start, better culture, but they kept all the wrong people. Hope SW is relaxing in her new boat house she rants on about on conference calls while denying reporting issues and underpaying her team. That company will continue to bleed quality talent.

Campbell definitely brought over an interesting cast of characters. All of them with HR issues and giant egos . They will all join him at his new company I'm sure.

Very well said! SW is the best manager I have ever had the privilege of working for. She actually cares about her reps, which is rare in this industry. Clearly the original poster has never worked directly for her.
