I regret informing our valued employees that the recent talks to restructure our debt has fallen short as talks have fallen apart. It does appear that the improvement in Q2 sales may aid us in our next determination. This needed capital can keep us a afloat thru December which should allow us time to suck the nuts dry from each of you.

WS Grinder here, in case you didn't know I have 100,000 shares and am a real nice guy. Thanks for the info about the debt restructure and sales. But one question (hoping all you nice Pernix sales folks can give me some information). How should I let my nuts be sucked dry? Should I cry like the girl I am or should I man up for a change?
