Looks like everyone made it. Good. You know who I have the utmost respect for? The individuals that provided dissenting opinions in this particular case, https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/19pdf/17-1618_hfci.pdf. The Justices that provided dissenting opinions are not only extremely intelligent, but also have a deep appreciation for the law. I was a big b-hole and I got what I deserved. More to the point, I wish it were possible to get the opinions from the Justices mentioned above regarding BHC and Bausch + Lomb. If it were possible to provide them with all the facts, what would their opinions be?
BOSTOCK v. CLAYTON COUNTY, GEORGIA stirs up a lot of emotions in people. It appears that BHC and B+L also stir up a lot of emotions… In my opinion, the dissenting Justices were able to set emotions aside and provide the correct opinions based on logic and the law.
FYI, Eye Vitamin and Mineral Supplement does not make sense. It is convenient to call them eye vitamins but doing so is an inaccurate description of what the patient is purchasing.
