I can't believe we are expanding! We need to downsize the management team, not add to it. Unless there is a hidden agenda meaning we are getting other responsibilities such as the HSM role incorporated into our job. That would make sense. An extra RSD and managers with as little as 5 reps is ridiculous.

And where is the plan? Is the plan everyone do whatever you want? The idiotic call increases on target physicians is just more micromanaging, but Joe doesn't say it himself, he sends the message on down the line. Still more of the same.
 






I think this is a good thing. The fact that we are expanding and gaining another region is a sign of job security! That means if they decide to make cuts in 2012 which is unlikely, they will start from the top and as a rep, we are safe! Bring on more management!

you know in sales you're supposed to focus on the opportunity and the positive. you'd rather just jump on this site and say negative things about someone you either don't know or barely know. why don't you grow a pair and go public? and if you're so insightful and talented how come you aren't running the sales group? some song and dance about how you've been overlooked? it's all politics? now, hop back on and say negative things about this post, call some names, the usual stuff. maybe for a change you can find something to support and say good things about....
 






second the prior post. the bhbu is the biggest group of complainers i've ever seen. doesn't matter what the company does, what changes are made they complain about it. how in the hell did we hire all these losers? just go already.
