If you’re serious about listening to reps’ concerns about managers and DBM, you need to get rid of some of them in South Central. One DBM is well known to be untrustworthy and all managers told their reps don’t tell JM anything because he will tell everyone about what you just shared with him in confidence during field rides. The N Texas Idea team did a survey on him last year and it was so bad that Greg O refused to report it. You also have manager that is let’s just say HR knows him really well.
