I wanted to let you know that I, along with a handful of others, quickly landed a territory job with one of Atherotech's competitors. Amazing what relationships and a couple of million in business can get you now days.
I was amused when I learned of the Atherotech letter sent to accounts last week explaining its sudden closure. The first question from the account was how does my new employer continue to thrive in the same market that Atherotech just wasn't able to compete? Aren't all specialty labs facing the same challenges you state? Hmm. I'm not fooled. I was with the company a long time and the day you came in was the beginning of the end. All the employees, doctors, vendors and competitors now know this. Just the week before on an impromptu town hall meeting you said things are better and than ever before. I do not think you understand the concept of honesty.
At any rate my CEO thanks you. We should see a nice growth in business in 2016 and we didn't even have to buy it.
Good luck, good bye and good riddance
