Dear Hospital Reps

Well, your vacation is almost over. In just a few weeks, you will have to put in full days. Yes, you too will now have a computer with a time stamp on it, and you'll be expected to have calls (and signatures) throughout the day. I would love to see some of the stellar reps in our region actually have to wait to see a doc, then hear their outstanding call. Most of them haven't sold anything in years. Oh, to see the manager's face when they realize what total deadweight they have to contend with! FYI - you are all being watched CAREFULLY. The company knows you have been coasting for years!

I was a hospital rep, a csr rep and a primary care rep. Primary care is easy. It is very simple
to talk to pcp Doc's. Cards are much more challenging. The job is the same-talking with Doctors you fools.

PSR reps are legends in their own minds. They are simply the most overpaid people in America. Most are business, communication or teaching degrees and think they are smarter than doctors. What a pathetic joke.
