Dear Dez....
Thank you for destroying what little culture we had left. Thank you for demanding ABL's do 5 out of 5 days in the field....most of my offices now see my ABL so much they think I'm on a PIP. Performance Based Coaching sounds like "micromanage your reps to death" . Nice job on that too. Thank you for focusing on metrics because we know metrics are what drives sales.......insert eye roll. 7shitty 30 second drop shit and run calls a day are way more important than 1-2 really good calls with conversations that matter.....you're so right Dez. And thank you for proving that "Speak UP Culture" is a farce. We all knew it was a death sentence to your career to challenge anything or daring to suggest an alternative to the corporate bullshit but the fact that the good people who dared speak up have all quietly quit proves it. Thank you for the shitty raises last year. The "Everyone gets the same increase of 2%" was an especially nice Fuck You to those that crushed their numbers. But hey Dez you know what motivates people. It's not more money. Not that. Thank you for making every rep feel they are replaceable in an instant, that they bring no value to their customers or the organization, that their opinion means jack shit, that money isn't important, that crappy meetings that could have been zooms in terrible hotels in bad locations with horrible food are motivating, that we all should be grateful we even have jobs and to take the micromanagement up the ass with a smile........and for all this again thank you Dez
