What have you done?

1. Good people are leaving or have settled into just “doing their job” here at Novo. Maybe you don’t want or need good people. If that’s the goal, well done.
2. Culture? Well there is none anymore... so again, well done.
3. Trust? See comment #2. Well done.
4. Transparency? LMAO
5. Didn’t your gut tell you this was ALL wrong? Shame on all of you who played a part in it. And shame on all the managers (I say that because there is no leadership here) who say nothing and pretend nothing stupid just happened.

Your points are accurate, but the Danes don't give a shit. They've always viewed us as the fat, lazy Americans, all the while benefiting from our massive contributions to the company finances. Despite that fact, there is an undying belief in Denmark that it's the market (of other fat, lazy Americans) that drives all the growth, and not the people working for NNI here. They'll never admit a mistake, and never care whether good people stay or go - there's always another fat, lazy American willing to take your spot.

My advice is either embrace it as it is, or take your chances somewhere else, because it's never going to change.
