Hello Leadership - Please hurry up and tell us the configuration of the new "CEM" model safesforce.
At least one of you is smart enough - don't you guys realize your "people" have lives on hold just because you can't pull the trigger and tell who goes where?
BTW - if it's a $ issue, please look at the bloated training department budget. Your chief ass-kisser SBerg told a group of your managers during a blizzard while stranded at the home office that, "We've all experienced belt-tightening. I've had to take 10% of my operating budget this year alone." Emotional Intelligence apparently only works when SBerg looks up. So, 10%? That means one less vendor lead workshop? Should we cut the chicken parm or the sushi break for the training center...? Gads! Sr, DMT might actually have to do something else like lead a workshop instead of just tattling to RDs on DM comments! No wait, I know, let's just get rid of 15 more reps and a DM who doesn't agree enough...Ah, all is well again. Does training fit under "over-head" of "profit center" on the P&L?
