Would you like to know how to improve candidates experiences??? How about not sending an email with 1000 former candidates personal emails attached. I think that is a good start.

It's a little thing called "discretion"

Do I really want my personal email revealed on a communication about my interviewing experience so that someone scrolling through the distribution list recognizes my name and sees that I'm interviewing?

Highly unprofessional.

My email did not show anyone's email addresses
 
















Moreover the purpose was stupid. Please e mail these people and tell them how great we are so we can get $$$. Lets consider the "process" and comment here. Thanks ventive for asking for my feedback. I wish it wasn't a part of some stupid contest. It almost as rational as aking a dr to write your drug so you can win a sales contest. I guess you kinda shot yourself in the foot here.

Here is my feedback. Spend more effort on being good instead of acting good.
 




I scrolled thru the email to see if I recognized any names and I did! Wow didn't know some of the reps were interviewing (but now I do!) and some used their work email at their current company.
