Would you like to know how to improve candidates experiences??? How about not sending an email with 1000 former candidates personal emails attached. I think that is a good start.

Do I really want my personal email revealed on a communication about my interviewing experience so that someone scrolling through the distribution list recognizes my name and sees that I'm interviewing?

inVentiv company policy clearly states when you are applying for employment that your personal information will not be shared outside the company.
