I am looking to switch careers from a different field of study into medical sales. If I ultimately want to break into either pharma sales or med device sales is contract pharma a good place to start? The pay for these contract jobs are really good, but does contract work create a big red X on a resume? Also, how long are pharma people out of a job when a contract is terminated and how often does a contract get terminated early?
