We aren’t going to do away with it because it is part of our core. It is our core to be fair. If we are so fair in our hiring practices, why is English a second language for all of our US leadership on the call today?

Look, a lot of white people I know who speak fluent English had to learn English as their second language. I think you’re probably upset that there‘s a recurring problem with one demographic only hiring each other and then the diversity goes out the window. I see that in my org too (not the USBU). Ironically, I think that’s why we should have DEI practices to prevent shit like this, everyone should have an equal opportunity to advance

Although, will also add that takedas DEI has done nothing to prevent this from happening… my entire dept is literally 70% one ethnic group (not even kidding)
