So we hire PA's, at a ridiculous salary, who could not hack it in a clinical setting, many with no experience in dermatology, to educate healthcare practitioners on the definition of Psoriasis/Psoriatic Arthritis...how the hell did this get the green light??

Yeah dumb move by dermatology leadership. Based on a false premise that mid levels prefer to be sold by other mid levels. Over in rhuem we just shake our head at that leadership team all the time. Not our best over on that side. Thankfully Braun will be making big changes soon!
