Does anyone know the approximate date last years DCRP vests?...it’s already February, figured it would have happened by now...thanks.
Thanks so much, I’m not leaving, but it certainly puts the kibosh on for folks that have a plan to jet somewhere else early in the year...can’t says I blame NVS, significant money! It usually comes in the first part of March
Last Monday of February if you look at the past few years. If you worked until the end of the year the money is yours. Even if you leave today. Commission you lose if you leave. Thanks so much, I’m not leaving, but it certainly puts the kibosh on for folks that have a plan to jet somewhere else early in the year...can’t says I blame NVS, significant money!
That dcrp even though it “drops” into your account isn’t yours until the same time next year. It takes a year to vest from what I understand. So whether you left now or after it dropped it’s still not yours. Atleast that’s what I thought. Thanks so much, I’m not leaving, but it certainly puts the kibosh on for folks that have a plan to jet somewhere else early in the year...can’t says I blame NVS, significant money!
That is false unless you are not vested which is 3 years. After that it's yours once it drop you don't need to wait a year. That dcrp even though it “drops” into your account isn’t yours until the same time next year. Yes correct. You must finish the year to get it. Novartis should pay your bonus if you finish the quarter and leave. Not right. And the post that said as long as you work thru 12/31 you’ll receive the dcrp money is correct. You do not need to be employed on the day of the deposit.
