DC Hospital openings

Can someone please tell me why there are 2 openings in this area? Manager, access, etc? I've read through most of the threads and I know there are tons of negative posts, but my whole division was just laid off so I need a job. I was hoping someone could be straightforward. Thanks in advance!

There is no DM. The training manager had interviews yesterday and today for both positions.
I interviewed yesterday. He will manage the team until they hire someone.

The manager was let go. New one in the works. Your guess is as good as mine.
The former rep did OK with the territory, but opted to leave for a new opportunity with a new antibiotic highly needed for hospital acquired infection.
If you need a job, I get it and you can probably make this work. But its not easy.
Compliance runs this company which means you have no approved studies of any real value to
sell high priced products.
Selling the flagship Vibativ is an uphill climb. If you like real challenges, this is your place to make your mark!

What is going on in this division? I have seen many openings in DC, Phil, NY and am wondering if I am better off where I am than moving ahead in interview process. Please respond soon because I do not want to make move if culture is bad. I have heard many things and not sure what to believe. Cafe Pharma not best source but high turnover does concern me. Thank you.
