Also, won’t allow the reps to take any vacation post launch unless approved by Area Director for 6 months, whaaaat? sounds like a novo troll ! but a friend mine said the same thing was done at novo as approved vacation and also the time off during the launch. that is what you sign up for when you join pharma they own you in these types of situations not you managing them that is just the cold hard truth,,sorry
