I thought finally this company got us, not so fast. They send out an evaluation for our DBL's with a few caveats
1. put your name & email can you say retaliation??? duh the DBL does your year end evaluations.
2. No way to put specific example comments. Need this to praise or point out
3. Forced into selecting specific "coaching" techniques oh my god really???? Once again you have fully astounded me with your ridiculous sense of justifying your job.
Once again BIG PHARMA to the max acting like they're doing something beneficial when in reality only appeasing us really??? Do you honestly think we are that stupid??
Of course we all are going to check that our DBL does these "coaching" techniques if we don't we will be forced to endure further torturous ride alongs by everyone and their mothers. And be forced to endure the " check the box" techniques by DBL's especially the stupid newbie DBL's that have absolutely no clue how to get around the system.
