Day of Dread, day before Monday at Sun

I use to love Sundays. Now I try not to be in shit mood knowing I have to sell Ilumya in morning. I’m top twenty of this company so business is fine because I’ve lied, deceived, filled out patient forms for offices, and my joke of speaker programs were filled with friends. Yes I’m looking like everyone else. Thought I could make it work but this place eats away at you. Offices don’t want to take time to convert pts over to insurance and my FRM is worthless. My RSM is a total ass. To those here whose base isn’t $140+ you are “getting F’d and hiring RSM F’d you” per my RSM so get out!!!
F Sun! F going to Dallas and F this place if TMs are going to be scolded again like in Orlando.

Same boat! I feel ya! I’m resigning November 1 and I’m on countdown, me and 7 others I know of. We will be the ones not giving a shit at meeting happy as hell knowing we are leaving. I won’t feel a bit guilty. FL and ST did it in Orlando and AG will scold us again so I’m going to sit, smile and wink at those I know leaving too.

I love these lies on here. Nobody is quitting November 1st. It is meaningless date. You are a dreamer and I doubt you even work on Mondays. The reality is you are probably a bottom 20% producer and you are destined for the unemployment line. Face the facts, you couldn’t keep up with the big kids.

One of my teammates already said resign date of 11/8. 11/1, 11/8, who cares when people are leaving. I don’t care what anyone does and don’t care if you are top, bottom, or middle as it doesn’t impact my check and family. Bottom line if you are employed at Sun it’s not the holy grail of pharma people it’s a paycheck. Big kids? Some people in the bottom have legit reasons for being there and a lot of it’s out of their hands so again who cares. Collect your check, do your job, and not give a F. It’s Sun.

Agree. Do your job and focus on you. Everyone else has their own thing going, staying/leaving, happy/pissed, and personally I hate seeing people miserable. Why make it worse and bash people like that other poster? Dick move. FYI I’m in the middle and I’m absolutely miserable here and looking to leave but have no hate for the “kids” higher or lower ranked, I worry about me and that’s it.

Not in bottom 20% but if I was GTFOH with your big kids comment. Don’t be a douche! One of those in the bottom had a major stroke and almost left their family without one of their parents it was that bad and this shithole of a company did nothing but make things worse so watch your comments.

Sun is a toxic place to work but don’t let it take one second more of your time, especially the weekend, and those that want to say ugly things stop. A lot of people going through tough times so need to show a little compassion and stop the big kids mentality. It’s just poor taste.
