Daxxify

whats the latest on Daxxify?

good % of injectors have tried it and the feedback is it doesn’t last 6 months. They’re going back to what they were using previously. Not willing to risk charging more for a toxin that starts to lose efficacy at 3.5-4 months. Real world matches their clinical study that shows 5% will get to 6 months, 95% will fail.

sounds like Allergan reps loosing marketshare. ^ All toxins need to be reconstituted properly - Quit “watering down” your toxins for “spread” (or being cheap) and all your products will work properly.

Daxxify is ok but nothing special. Hearing that it is only lasting 3-4 mo for most patients after we sold the hype that it would last 6-9 mo. Injectors are pissed at us bc their patients are coming back pissed at them that they wasted their money. People are excited to try it but starting to see that they’re not repurchasing.

Opportunity 1: The Daxxi LITE is cutting the units in half shown in the 2017 Belmont study. With the new price drop its only a matter of time before injectors who are "business savvy" realize they can get a 3 mo results with 20u in the GL for a vial price range of $420-$275 and charge their same botox price....
Or if you want long duration (18-24 weeks) then dose them at the correct Daxxi dose...

The providers under dosed to be careful when learning the drug so essentially then gave their patients "Daxxi Lite" which would only last 3 mo anyway...if they dosed correctly it would last. Same thing happened to Dysport when it launched and the units were 3:1 to botox injectors were nervous. Its ok to go slow and low but just don't expect 24 weeks when you half dose.

the half dose of Daxxify was already studied and at 20 units it wasn’t as good as Botox which is why we had to get a 40 u indication. Half dose isn’t going to help this situation. Sell your shares and get out. Time to polish up the resume.

Providers worth anything don’t want to carry Daxxify. This is a product that wanted to launch as exclusively prestigious and has now raced to the bottom price wise. Probably going to run out of money in 3 quarters. Nobody is buying it for a second time unless they’re being paid by Revance or some Groupon dump spa.

Started a new job after coming way under my Q3 quota which was 93% growth from Q3 last year. Place is toxic, product isn’t lasting as long as we were told it would, injectors gave me a chance and most declined for a repurchase based of their patient’s feedback. Thought this was it, that I’d make bank, ended up making less than if I’d stayed at my previous company.

brathing much easier, glad I left this dumpster.

Daxxify is currently only approved for the treatment of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows, while Botox is approved for the treatment of a wider variety of facial wrinkles. Also, Daxxify is typically more expensive than Botox. Many injector clients are still hesitant to try it, so all injectors continue to purchase Botox. At the moment, Daxxify does not pose a threat to Botox.

This has 100% changed. Daxxi is cheaper than Botox/Allergan. my territory has completely turned since january. People have figured out the recon, dosing, price. etc. Is def a cleaner product, better product over all. thank goodness weve turned the corner.

Do you see a lot more demand foe daxxify or relatively steady?

both! “the launch” accounts needed a year to figure it out and realize they cant underdose and split a vial between 3 patients (bring cheap) so they are coming around and reordering. New customers are fed up with allergan and their “new pricing” pressure so calling to get daxxify on their shelves instead. injectors are learning the competitive toxin reps were bad mouthing daxxify and now trying it a year later and they love it. My territory is doing triple YTD. leadership may suck but the product is superior, especially when they don't “water it down” with saline. Sorry you know who you are.
