You are so wrong it is unbelievable. He has had one of the highest turn over rates. The fact that you have not seen it only speaks to how far your head is up your ass.
 












And some of the highest performance. Something to think about. Besides the only major turnover was with managers. Other areas have many more people leaving. Sounds like dead wood. The only flashlight I needed was to see my highest bonuses and the most awards I've won.

Sounds like any new leader taking over an underperforming area. Cleaning up and improving! Sad thing is it sounds like those who lack self awareness are the ones that bitch the most. You just might not be aware that you aren't cutting it and have to go. That's the way it is in this Biz! Not a charity!
 


















This just goes to show there will always be a set of unhappy people. Or those that just like to be. He turned around a long time low performing area and promoted his people. If that's a bad leader, please send more!!!
 












Posts continue to disappear that are not in keeping with the company policy of be quite and do what you are told. The company will pay others people to think!!!

This person mentioned in this thread continues to survive due to his ability to ........I don't know how he does it or why it is tolerated in regards to ethics and values of personal credibility. Fear rules all.....
 












Nice diversion from the topic of how this person and corporation continues to do nothing on poor morals. Unfortunately many have tried to give specifics on this site only to have the threads denied or removed within days. Even seeing editing to messages of truth!!

Oh well, the company and industry are a bunch of payroll bandits due to lack of access and impact upon the customers business. Everyone is working for the next check and trying to find purpose and passion in other parts of their lives, which may be a good outcome from this dying job and finished industry...
