Dave Barry on 50 Shades

Saw the movie Saturday. Should have saved the money as it was a ho-hummer. The funniest part was when a middle aged man (30/40ish) got up in the middle of the theater and started yelling at his wife, "I've had enough of this shit, we're leaving, I want to see the manager!" And then he stormed out the back door. She would not leave and stayed and watched. Then he began yelling outside the door. Finally, he stopped yelling and came back in, followed by the manager, sat down, the manager stood off to the side for about 10 minutes presumably to make sure he caused no more disturbance. I was in the back row so was 1st one out and watched as people left. Most people were smiling, rolling their eyes and laughing. Obviously there will be 2 sequels. Obviously, I will attend neither. Much ado about nothing.

Taking my Girlfriend next weekend. They did a porn version, that was pretty hot.

This is interesting and probably making some heads explode:

The film 50 Shades became the best-opening weekend in February ever at the box office, knocking 2004's "Passion of the Christ" from the top spot.

Won't see the movie because the books were shit.

I think it's hilarious because women got so worked up over the books.

You'd think 90% of the female population never read or watched porn. And we know that's a lie.
