Who else in NS is experiencing significant data issues? Do we have a class action lawsuit on our hands? First Genoa, now accredo. This is twice now that they have partnered with a specialty pharmacy and labeled it as a value add to customers with “enhanced” capabilities, only to find out long down the road neither of those SPs report. Our senior leaders line their pockets with our hard work while many of us are left with PIPs.
