Quest should have never farmed out the IT division, they lost all control and this is what happens. Just like they billed out billing, TA, and next will be HR/benefits. Pretty soon they will farm out sales too.....

You would do better for yourself and your family by looking for new, sustainable clients rather than an HR "body" to whom you can cry your sad little eyes out.

2016 is likely to be your last year here, junior. Your numbers simply to not justify your continued presence beyond the holidays, and we have given you every opportunity to succeed.

It's sad, because our sense of duty leads us to invest more than we probably should in those for whom even the slightest glimmer of hope was an illusion. But as our great new organization continues to soar to dizzying new heights, you will at least be able to tell your children that you at least had a shot at greatness. Hopefully they will learn the lessons you failed to learn, and at least their kids will not have to settle for less.
 







Benefits isn't farmed out...yet. There is a whole team of idiots doing their best to rip us off. Good ole' Jay W heads the team....at least until he is able to take over the CEO role.
