All the decisions are being made by Henderson! Dan is a Henderson puppet. There will be 100 managed care people and 10 reps. When they have to cut people JH will tell Dan to cut reps first and they can manage the markets.

Do you really think they are going to have to make cuts? Half the TS' are going to be working on their resumes as soon as they get home. No one wants to work in a big pharma/ primary care sales model...

Bring Back Bo: I understand this sounds so simple but so very true. I know it sounds like a cliche, but as I think about cliches I realize cliches are cliches because they are most often true. Please shoot me! That last part was my thought.
 






Sorry but this market is practically done. Every day another treater decides to shut it down till J&J and Gilead reps have something to sell.

It was a great run but time to move on.

I realize that moron but while I am here I do not need to read the Pfizer primary care motivational emails senior management is sending. That is all I am saying.

The ship MAY have been sinking but Dan drove it in reverse and forward a few times to make sure he hit the iceberg over and over again. For a guy who preaches "leadership", he certainly has created a HUGE divide between the home office and the sales force. He definitely does not understand the marketplace and the primary care mentality is ridiculous. Having the IVA tracking is just a way to get rid of us. Why the hell turn it on now if that isn't the reason?! He doesn't want to hear any excuses of why everyone isn't above goal...no matter how legit they are. Andy is in the same boat. Listen folks, we should have seen this coming when we lost the VA contract and then several managed care contracts throughout the US. They got greedy and then got slammed and have lost millions to Merck because they didn't know how to contract. Watching Dan at Pinnacle was very interesting...hanging with upper management....not even knowing who the reps even were and not really making any effort to chat with them. I didn't even see him talk to JH even once and guess what...he's gone. Actually, both Directors at that time were JH and they're BOTH gone! He'll continue to preach his leadership and people will continue to shake their heads and wonder where this guy came from. I can see now why CF was so thrilled to get rid of him.

This is very true, yet he will likely get hundreds of thousands while the rest of us get 20k if were lucky.
