I think it's just sad to see cowards come onto this board and start bashing people. I don't work for either of them but when I have issues, I put on my big-boy pants and address it with my manager and I've never had any issues because of it (here or at any company for that matter). When you come on this site and just bash people, you come across as petty and immature. I hope you realize that. I feel bad for any company you go to work for because if this is how you handle yourself here, you'll do it everywhere.

For some reason, it's ok for you to say something negative about people you DON'T work for but NOT for others to say anything positive? You've just lost all credibility. And I'm not suggesting I'm better than anyone, I just expect that adults (assuming you are) act like professionals when they post on this site.

The problem is that as adults we expect to be treated as such…..and we are not from the RSDs. So how can you expect any different on this board? Most RSDs are not open to any discussions regarding challenges or how to come up with solutions TOGETHER! They are basically full of rhetoric and no real solution. The certainly do not practice what they preach. Now…..that is not to say they are all bad. There are some really good managers at this company. They just don't reside in the Midwest; where most of the problems exist.

It's good go know that somehow you've worked with all of the RSDs in the company so that you can tell the good from the bad. I didn't know we had a sales position that did that. I'm in the Central Region and I've never had a problem with the RSD or RVP. I'm the one with solutions to my own territory's problems, not my manager. I run my own ship and always have at any sales job so I'm not relying on my manager to solve all my problems. Perhaps that's the big issue here. Instead of bringing solutions to the table, you expect others to do it for you. Then when you don't get what you need, you come on cafe pharma and complain about management not being perfect in every way. I'm not saying our managers are perfect but I get support because I have solutions, not just problems.
 






If he is that bad report him to HR and call it a day. If HR doesn't do a thing contact your area VP and if he doesn't do anything report them to the OIG and tell them they are making you put tests on panels for no reason.
