So is it safe to say that if your territory is no longer listed as open on the site you should be looking forward to a "thanks, but no thanks" email?

I'm not sure about that. Having a small bit of background in HR, usually the openings are pulled when applications aren't wanted anymore. They probably don't want applications for positions they've already interviewed for and have several already qualified candidates pre-screened.

I have no idea though. Obviously you're not going to get a straight answer out of Lilly Care until you get an offer or rejection.

Not true. Previous post to yours is correct. They take them off their website when they are no longer accepting apps. I called Lilly Care and this exact question and they told me that I was still being considered...the job was just pulled because they no longer are accepting apps.
