Very interesting to see our D&I numbers decreasing. Keeta and her dumbass sidekick Tomicka can't keep their own kin folk here. Sad. Sad. Sad. Fire them both. Preach baby, preach.
Interesting that the metrics are going the wrong way? How much are we pumping into this dumpster fire?

Sadly the damage done to Genentech's reputation of science, leadership and field people has a long way to ever recover. We got rid of incredibly talented and wonderful people who consistently proved themselves on company set goals. The whole premise was based off high jacking what diversity and inclusion is all about. To put it plainly we laid off many people to place minorities who did not have the experience, relationships to do as good a job as the ones before. It has caused internal chaos, stereotyping and prejudice among the ranks and worst of all there is no trust.
You are so misinformed... what minorities are these that, as you say, were placed in lieu of more deserving non- minorities?! Look around - and read the D&I numbers: talented people of color were displaced in disproportionately high percentages - thus the overall decline in minority numbers year over year. Yes, GNE's D&I initiatives are a farce designed for external consumption - and it's baffling to see Q and others so complicit. In reality, many talented, long-term POC employees were unceremoniously excluded from jobs in the ecosystems and went elsewhere. All the while, the company continues to tout all of its "innovative D&I efforts" with employees and vendors across LinkedIn. It's laughable given the actual crap treatment people of color have faced at the company save a few with the most "agreeable" mindsets. So, keep telling yourself you're being disenfranchised because of D&I - but you are absolutely incorrect.
Um, as was the post it quoted, no?Mostly opinion.

Keep telling yourself this isn't what happened. We all know this to be true but no one speaks openly about what a nut house genentech has turned into. There's no trust in the ecosystems and especially leadership in san fran. To deny this and fall in line with the non business oriented liberal agenda in corporate, you're part of the problem.
Genentech is a horrible place to work with all this in your face forced diversity.
