D Day at Natera

No company is perfect but I wish I could remove Natera from my resume I'd rather have a gap and be taken seriously in transplant than have to explain why I accepted this offer. These ploys make good people look like villains

Steve, Phil and Bob would be a great start. They have set a horrible precedent and culture of hiring their friends and playing favorites vs putting the best women/man for the job. This culture is a major problem and is one of the main reasons we lose key personal while retaining under-performers. It also shows their lack of tenure and highlights their inability to lead our organization. It is also safe to assume this behavior leads to poor decisions as it relates to partnerships and business practices… ie billing, mgml.

This is fact at Natera. WORST company cultures I've seen (I'm sure everyone gathered that from the hundreds of comments about it). We knew something was up with the MGML push.. Natera can't play dumb about their affiliation with "Vickie" ...desperate times called for desperate measures right mr vp of sales? Asking sales to do your dirty work ain't gonna fly in court. Complete scam done right in front of everyone's eyes even the Docs... "go get their tax ID and let us login posing as their administrator to *save them time*" you can't pose as one of the non-profit third parties when you have 3 employees and were created by vp and boys as a means to corroborate fraudulent billing practices after plans started catching on!
